Yesterday was just one of those days...one where I just wanted Calgon to take me away!!! Blake agreed that I needed a break! I called Caroline and we discussed the possibility of somehow throwing a Mommy weekend together really fast. She, too, was ready for a couple of nights with good friends. I could tell both of us, however, were a little discouraged. How could we plan something so quickly? What could we do that wouldn't cost much money? Would Erin be able to go at such short notice? I get off the phone and Blake asks what we decided. I guess he could tell that we were discouraged and not looking like a Mommy weekend would ever work out for our future. He said to give him until noon tomorrow to work on some things and he would get back with me. This morning, he came downstairs with this envelope!!!
I don't know if you can read it, but it says, "Kacey - Caroline - Erin - Don't open till Friday afternoon!" We are meeting at Caroline's house in Harrison on Friday. SO EXCITED!!! Caroline and Erin are BOTH IN and we are looking forward to a fabulous weekend! It is so much fun that it is a surprise and none of us know where we are going for our Mommy weekend. He may give us clues throughout the week and if so I will post so everyone can get in on the game. I must say I have a wonderful husband! Love you Blake!!!!

Three Mommies after a very relaxing weekend. Three best friends sad to say goodbye. Three precious babies at home waiting on Mommy's kisses. Three awesome hubbies ready for some relief. We had a wonderful time!!! I think we all felt so rejuvenated!
